	Certified Distressed Property Expert (CPDE®) designation, having completed extensive training in mortgage modifications and foreclosure avoidance, with a particular emphasis on short sales.
	Senior's Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) certification specializing in counseling senior clients through the major changes involved in their Real Estate transaction.
	ePRO® certification which is given to agents who complete extensive training with technology and internet business.
